Note:
Deadline for payment is 30th September. On disk payment will not be permitted for logistic reasons.
Special package registration fees for Egyptian participants include:
1.Attending all sessions in Marsa Matruh and Siwa.
2.The Symposium abstract volume and printed material.
3.Transfer from Alexandria to Marsa Matruh , Siwa and back to Alexandria with A/C bus.
4.All visits include entrance fees, taxes and services.
5.This special package is not included accommodation, all meals and 4X4 cars excursion in Siwa Oasis.
Full package registration fees for non Egyptian participants include:

7.The Symposium abstract volume and printed material.
8.Transfer from Alexandria to Marsa Matruh, Siwa and back to Alexandria with A/C bus.
9.Full accommodation for non Egyptian in double rooms as the following :
- One night in (3 stars) Marsa Matruh Riveira Palace hotel
- Three nights in (3 stars) Siwa Safari Paradise Village: http://www.siwaparadise.com.
- Single room accommodation costs an extra 20 € per night.
10.One day 4X4 cars excursion in Siwa Oasis.
11.All visits include entrance fees, taxes and services.
Registration Fees Not Included:
1.International flights to Egypt Airports.
2.Visa Entry for Egypt.
3.Personal items.
4.Any other items not mentioned above.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Request for refunds will be honored only until June 30, 2009 but will be subject to an unrefundable processing fee of 100 €/LE and after this date refunds will be not allowed.
Grants:
Some available grants cover 50% of the above registration fees for participants how can give field presentations (English language) depending upon accepted papers around the symposium topics with applications of the following areas:
1.Marsa Matruh beaches (for session 3).
2.Minor depressions west of Siwa Oasis (for session 4).
3.The great sand sea edge (for session 4).
4.Qaret Um El Sagheer (for session 8).
5.Qattara Depression scarp (for session 8).
